A.     Membership: 68

C.     Fund Raising: Stimulus Payment – Jan, mailing will go out asking for tithing on additional money congregates receive.

D.     AIDS Ministry: None

E.      Sunday School: Youth retreat (lock down) on 3/1- 3/2, door hangers

F.      Activities: None

G.     Pastor’s report: No discuss

 V                     Old Business:

A.     Copier lease – Jan, New copier in place, password protected.  Capped at $125.00/month.  Minimal increases on a yearly basis.

B.     Stewardship committee – Dale, several people have resigned.  Minimal activity over the last 6 months.  Connie inquired what the stewardship committee did.  Response - Put together fund raising to raise money for programs and out reaches.  Dale asked people to pray about joining the stewardship committee since they need to replace those who resigned.

 VI                    New Business:

A.     Security – Di, M.S.P

B.     Cleaning crew – Dale, cleaning crew has resigned

C.     Pastor’s Salary & Benefits @ less than full time hours – Dale, Pastor’s contract states sick leave is accrued based on hours worked.  The pastor can carry over up to a maximum of 120 days and does not accrue additional until below that point.

D.     Building changes – Di, M.S.P
